About
Dominik Musulin is an Attorney and Partner at the Musulin & Associates Law Firm in Zagreb, which continues the tradition of the Musulin Law Office, founded in 1993. In his work, he advises and represents domestic and international clients, with a special focus on Employment Law and Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, and Litigation.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, he began his professional career as a legal advisor at the Croatian Employers' Association, where he gained significant experience in the field of Labor Law and Employment relations. He advised employers on labor law issues, participated in collective negotiations and amendments to collective agreements, and was a member of working groups that participated in the preparation and amendments of regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
He continued his legal career in law practice, where, through many years of work in a tier one law firm in Croatia, he further developed his experience in legal advice, representing clients, and resolving complex legal issues. He then founded the Musulin & Associates Law Firm, where he works as an Attorney and Partner.
In his work, he cooperates with a wide range of clients – from multinational corporations and local and international startups to domestic entrepreneurs, public and private institutions, local government units and individuals. He provides clients with legal advice and representation, with a special emphasis on practical and effective solutions to complex legal issues.
In addition to his legal practice, he is actively involved in professional writing and legal journalism. He is the author of several professional articles in the field of labor law published in the legal magazines Novi Informator, Radno pravo and Hrvatska pravna revija. In his works, he addresses current issues in practice and case law, including abuse of rights, discrimination in employment relations, termination of employment contracts and other issues in the field of labor law.
He also transfers his knowledge and experience in the field of commercial and labor law through professional training for entrepreneurs organized by Plavi ured – Entrepreneurship Center of the City of Zagreb.
