Dominik Musulin, Attorney at law/Partner in Musulin & Associates Law Firm Ltd., has years of experience in providing legal assistance to foreign and domestic legal entities in their business and compliance, with a focus on Labor Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate projects, Litigation and Debt collection.
He provides legal services and represents foreign multinational companies such as Teleperformance SA, international startups as Turneo, local self-government units, public and private institutions and domestic entrepreneurs on the market of the Republic of Croatia. Dominik leads a legal team that helps investors of various activities when entering the market, companies takover, buying real estate and developing local real estate projects.
In addition to providing legal assistance and representation of the clients before Croatian courts, Dominik is a columnist for the magazine Zaštita, where he deals with current legal topics. He is the author of several professional articles published in legal journals such as: Radno pravo, Novi informator, Hrvatska pravna revija.
Dominik has been named a commercial law expert for Croatia for 2021 by Leaders in Law platform. He has also been recognized as a commercial law expert by GLE (Global Law Experts) publication in 2021 and 2022.
